Tomorrow we head to Nashville Tennessee to visit my family! My brothers and sister will be flying in from Philadelphia. It should be a hoot of a time. While living there for a couple of years I discovered my favorite southern spots. Although I’m so happy I moved back to Boulder, there are some places I want to see. We’ll go down to Pucket’s, the grocery store where people smoke in the aisles while shopping. We’ll have a drink at Bart’s, the bar that specializes in fried bologna sandwiches & fried Snickers for dessert. And we’ll stop by my favorite barbershop, Jake’s. Simply to see his “hours of operation” sign, because it makes me smile…
Wen? Trus? Oh, Tennessee…I can’t wait to be back! I’m sure I’ll have more southern stories once I return on Tuesday! Bye Boulder, you’re the only ten I see!
